Annual Silent Auctions
Each year on our anniversary month (the first 2 weeks) in August we will host a silent auction to raise money for a non-profit.   We would love suggestions from everyone on where our next fundraising proceeds should go or if you would like to donate an item or service, please email Lori: info@atlastsalondayspa.com.
2019 - 9th Annual Silent Auction - Will not be happening this year. 
2018 - 8th Annual Silent Auction: Universal Promise (www.universalpromise.org)
Total Raised:  $1665
All monies will help to furnish as many Vusumzi Primary School classrooms in Nomathamsanqa, South Africa as possible with proper desks and chairs. Also, to outfit the brand new arts classroom at the school. The furnishings and supplies would include long tables and stools/chairs (as appropriate for a 2-D arts space), furniture for storage of materials, and a collection of arts supplies (including paper, paint, chalk, pencils, rulers, etc.). 
2017 - 7th Annual Silent Auction proceeds went to:  Make A Wish of Maine
Total Raised: $7000
$7000.00 make us "miracle makers".  Make A Wish was able to grant a child's wish. 

 
2016 - 6th Annual Silent Auction proceeds went to:  Seeds of Independence
Total Raised:  $2100
A non-profit corporation committed to ensuring that youth are on a pathway toward becoming independent and productive members of their community.   Auction proceeds went to PROGRAM GRIT - an innovative after school program providing targeted academic support, social-emotional education, and artistic enrichment to local middle school children in Mid Coast Maine. 
2015 - 5th Annual Silent Auction proceeds went to:  Embrace a Vet.
Total raised:  $2300

All money raised will go to support Embrace a Vet’s mission; to provide direct and supportive services to Maine Veterans living with symptoms of PTS(d) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury and their families.

2014 - 4th Annual Silent Auction proceeds will go to:  Chans Home Health Care Hospice.
Total raised:  $2390

Hospice Volunteer education and support, purchasing a flat screen/”Smart TV” that has the ability to play DVDs and stream from the internet, update lending library.   

2013 - 3rd Annual Silent Auction proceeds went to:  Coastal Maine Great Dane Rescue. 

Total Raised  $2574

The money will help with the routine costs of transporting, feeding, providing medical care, neutering or spaying, and housing the Great Danes

2012 - 2nd Annual Silent Auction.  Proceeds went to:  Coastal Humane Society.

Total raised: $2538

That money will cover supplies, food and medical expenses of all the animals housed at CHS. 

2011 - 1st Silent Auction:  Proceeds went to:  Meals on Wheels

Total raised:  $1641

That will supply over 300 meals to seniors in the immediate area.
