Infrared Sauna

We have added this much needed service, which can provide assistance with:

To add a shower to your sauna experience it is an additional $10.00. We will have towels and robes for your convenience and comfort, access to a blow-dryer and use of some hair and body products from our retail section downstairs that you can purchase after, if you choose.

For your first visit please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out the release form or read on line.  As a first time visitor to the sauna you'll need a tutorial of "how to" sauna.  Any questions you might have beforehand please email or call.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)

Britt will be our expert technician providing this service. This machine can aid with:
